On August 10, 2023, I purchased a pair of Nike Air Force 1 '07 model shoes from the Nike store operated by Elizinn Food and Textile Business Industry Trade Ltd. Co. located in Espark Shopping Mall in Eskişehir Tepebaşı. It's been barely two months since I bought the shoes, and they already started to show signs of tearing on the sides. On November 12, 2023, I submitted the shoes for inspection in clean condition to the store. On November 29, I received the disappointing news that the examination yielded negative results. When I opened the package, I discovered that the shoes were not returned in the condition I handed them over; they were moldy all over, I have no idea how they were stored or in what conditions my shoes ended up in. The shoes are now in an unusable state, beyond repair. They claim no responsibility for the damage, insisting that the tearing on the shoes is not their fault. They offer no real solutions and refuse to acknowledge their mistake. It cannot be my fault that there's a tear in the shoes; I barely wore them for two months.
