NGL Pro Subscription Doesn’t Show Names – I Want a Refund

I subscribed to NGL Pro for ₺67 per week, expecting to see the names of users, as advertised. However, after upgrading, I realized that it doesn’t even provide this basic feature. This is extremely misleading!

On top of that, the fact that the subscription is charged weekly makes it even worse. I feel like I’ve been tricked into paying for something that doesn’t work as promised.

I demand an immediate refund, and I expect NGL to be transparent about what users actually get with the Pro version. Has anyone else faced this issue? NGL, stop misleading customers and refund my money now!
