NGL Subscription Fails to Show User Details, Refund Requested
I subscribed to the NGL app expecting to see detailed user information, but within 3 minutes of use, I realized it only shows phone brands, not the actual users. This is misleading and far from what was promised. I feel completely deceived by the app.
I paid ₺70 for the subscription, expecting transparency, but instead, I received nothing of value. I requested a refund, but my request has been ignored. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I plan to escalate the matter legally. It’s unacceptable to charge users without delivering the features advertised. I demand an immediate refund and accountability for misleading practices.
