NGL App In-App Purchase Failed

About 1.5 months ago, I made a ₺100 payment via my Google balance in the NGL app on Android, expecting to unlock the feature that reveals the identity of people who send me anonymous messages. However, even after the payment was processed, the app never displayed any sender information. The feature I paid for simply did not work, and I received no benefit from the purchase. I have not yet contacted the NGL support team, but I completed this purchase from Konya, and no refund has been issued to my account since then. The lack of functionality and missing support feels like a case of misleading in-app purchase practices. I am requesting a full refund of 99 rupees offer of 1 week for this unusable service. Customers should not be charged for features that fail to deliver what is promised, and the NGL app must ensure proper functionality or offer refunds when services don’t work.
