I signed up for NGL with the expectation that I would be able to see who asks questions. However, this feature does not work at all—there is absolutely no way to identify who is sending the questions.
On top of that, the subscription system is extremely unfair. Within just one month, my account was charged multiple times—two or three withdrawals in the same period. I do not understand why so much money is being taken when I only signed up once.
I am requesting that my NGL subscription be canceled immediately and that no further charges be taken from my account. I do not wish to remain a member of this service, especially when it fails to deliver what it promised.
