I Face Auto-Renewal and Useless Features on NGL Weekly Subscription

To be honest, I purchased a one-week NGL subscription. My first complaint is that, despite paying, I still could not see who was sending the messages, which was the main reason I subscribed.

My second complaint is even worse: after my subscription ended, it was automatically renewed without my knowledge or approval. On April 12, 2025, my card was charged, and then again on April 19, 2025, at 02:08 AM. I never authorized these renewals, and no confirmation was requested before charging my card.

I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my NGL subscription and a refund of the unauthorized charges. Customers should not be billed without their consent, especially when the service does not even provide the features it advertises.
