I previously signed up for an NGL subscription but later decided I didn’t like the service and removed it. I then canceled my membership, expecting no further charges.
However, even after cancellation, money continues to be withdrawn from my account against my will. This is unacceptable, as I no longer use the service and clearly do not want to be charged.
I am requesting an immediate refund of the money taken after cancellation and a guarantee that no further withdrawals will occur. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint against NGL.
