In May, I purchased a pair of New Balance U9060E1 shoes, size 40, from the New Balance Akbatı store for ₺9,290. After approximately three months of use, the inner heel lining began to tear, which started causing discomfort and irritation to my foot.
Although the shoes were sold with a warranty, I went to the store to request a replacement, but my request was rejected. I also tried to contact New Balance customer service via email, but I never received any response.
I am requesting that the shoes be evaluated under warranty and replaced due to the defect. I kindly ask New Balance to resolve this issue promptly and address the inconvenience I’ve experienced.
