Samsung Galaxy M31 Keeps Restarting and Shutting Down Repeatedly

I have been using my Samsung Galaxy M31 phone for approximately 5 years. Recently, the device has started turning off and restarting on its own 12–13 times a day without me performing any action. This issue happens repeatedly, even while the phone is charging, which clearly indicates a serious hardware problem and makes the device almost unusable for daily use.
Thinking the issue might be software-related, I performed a factory reset, but the problem did not improve at all. Since there is no authorized Samsung service center in Manisa, I am also unable to easily have my device inspected by an official service provider.
I originally purchased the phone for $115, and experiencing such frequent shutdowns and restarts has caused significant inconvenience. My expectation from Samsung is that this issue, which appears to be a recurring defect, is thoroughly investigated and that a clear solution is provided.
If necessary, I request support in the form of a free repair or, if possible, a replacement device. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved and that I receive an update as soon as possible.
