Binance Account Under Review for 34 Days with $5995 Frozen

I have a fully verified Binance account from Bulgaria, which has been placed under “ongoing monitoring review” since 29.03.2024, and since then, both my withdrawals and trading have been blocked. It has now been 34 days, and despite this long period, nothing has changed, and I still cannot access or move my funds. Due to this review, a total of 5,995 USD of my assets are stuck in my Binance account. I have repeatedly contacted Binance customer support about this situation, but each time I receive the same standard response and no real update. I have not been given any clear or concrete explanation for why my account is under review or how long this will continue. I am extremely uncomfortable that such a large amount of money is frozen for so long without a proper reason or a clear deadline. I request that Binance urgently complete this monitoring review and at least enable withdrawals on my account so that I can access my 5,995 USD. I also expect a clear explanation in writing about the reason for this review and the steps and timeline for resolving it.
