Parimatch Not Releasing Funds After Withdrawal Request

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced with Parimatch, where my casino funds of ₹2,000 have been blocked during a withdrawal attempt. On May 1, 2026, I tried to withdraw ₹2,000 that I had previously deposited via UPI into my Parimatch account, but the amount was blocked and has not been released to me.
After noticing this issue, I contacted Parimatch customer support to seek assistance, but I have not received any response so far. My funds remain blocked, and I have not been given any clear explanation as to why the withdrawal is not being processed.
I request that Parimatch immediately release and transfer the blocked ₹2,000 to me without any further delay. I also expect clear communication regarding the status of my withdrawal and a detailed explanation of why it was blocked, along with assurance that such issues will not occur again.
