Hello, I purchased shoes from the New Balance website, and the product arrived the day before the holiday. Upon trying them on, I realized they were a bit small. Right after the holiday, I wanted to exchange them, but I found out that since I bought them from the website, only a return process is possible. I learned that I needed to reorder the size I wanted. Following the instructions, I returned the shoes via courier on April 15th. Upon checking with the tracking number, I saw that the product reached them on April 16th, and I waited for the return process to be completed. I thought the return would be processed within two days, but a whole week passed, and there was no progress. I called customer service three times and was informed that they received the product and the online department would handle it. It was stated that the return process would take 10 days, but I want an exchange, and the process has been so prolonged that the size I want is almost sold out. If it becomes available for sale again, I fear I won't even be able to get that. As a last resort, I'm writing here. If the return process continues to drag on, I'm not even considering getting a new one. You delivered the product quickly, but this process has been overly extended, and I'm experiencing distress.
