I purchased a pair of New Balance sneakers from the Marmara Park store, and even though the warranty period has not yet expired, the mesh sections on both shoes started tearing within a short time. I have used sports shoes from different brands for years, and I have never encountered such a problem before.
I sent the product in for inspection, but without any explanation, I only received a “rejected” response. If such an issue can occur in such a short time, I believe that offering a two-year warranty has no real meaning.
I am requesting a replacement of the product and for my grievance to be resolved.
