I purchased a pair of New Balance 530 sneakers from the SuperStep store, expecting long-term quality from a premium brand. However, in less than a year, the shoe developed a tear — which is absolutely unacceptable for a product in this price range. I paid a considerable amount (₺) believing I was investing in durability and brand reputation, but clearly, that trust was misplaced.
For a shoe marketed as high-quality, it should not be falling apart within 12 months of normal wear. I’ve treated them with care, yet they’ve worn out far too quickly. This is not the level of performance I expect from New Balance or a store like SuperStep.
I demand that this issue be addressed immediately. A tear in under a year signals a manufacturing defect, and I expect either a proper replacement or a refund. Please take responsibility and resolve my grievance without delay.
