About 7 months ago, I purchased a pair of New Balance 990 shoes from the NB I Giyim Akmerkez store, paying around ₺10,000. Despite wearing them only once a week, the shoes quickly showed serious wear on the heel area and even tearing on the inner side. I have used similar New Balance products for years and never experienced such poor durability.

I returned to the store and requested an exchange, but my claim was rejected by NB I Giyim without offering any real solution. This is unacceptable, especially after paying such a high price for what should be a premium product. As a loyal customer, I expected much better quality and after-sales support.

I have the receipt and payment details, and I can also provide photos showing the defects. I firmly request that my New Balance 990 shoes be replaced, as the damage is clearly not due to misuse. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.

I urge New Balance to acknowledge this problem and resolve my grievance quickly.
