I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the New Balance 530 sneakers I purchased for my daughter. Despite not being worn daily and used with care, the mesh fabric on the shoes began tearing within just a month. What’s worse, this is the second time I’ve encountered the exact same issue with this model—clearly not a coincidence but a recurring product flaw.
I reached out to local cobblers for repair, and they’re asking for ₺2,100 to fix the shoes. That’s nearly the price of a brand-new pair! I don’t believe I should be responsible for paying to repair a defective product, especially from a globally recognized brand like New Balance.
As a loyal customer, I expected better quality and support. A product should last longer than a few weeks, especially when it carries a premium price tag. I’m requesting that New Balance take responsibility and either offer a proper repair service free of charge or send a replacement pair. Brands must stand by their products—and right now, I feel completely let down.
