I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes from the NB store inside Ankara Kentpark, and to my surprise, they turned out to be defective. The upper sections of the shoes are visibly mismatched — the parts don’t align in material or shape, clearly showing a manufacturing flaw. I immediately sent the shoes in for inspection, only to be told there was “no problem.”
I wasn’t satisfied with that outcome and requested a second inspection. Despite the obvious difference between the parts on the left and right shoes, the company still refused to acknowledge the defect. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially coming from a brand with New Balance’s reputation.
I paid ₺ expecting quality, not poor construction and denial of responsibility. New Balance must accept the fault and offer a proper solution — whether that’s a replacement or refund. I demand this issue be resolved without further delay.
