I purchased a weekly subscription through the Netshort Android app but was dissatisfied with the service and want to cancel. Last night, 479 TL was deducted from my account, yet I cannot cancel my subscription through the app, nor can I find or access my customer number. I have received no support regarding cancellation, and I am concerned that additional charges will continue. I request the immediate cancellation of my subscription, a refund of the most recent 479 TL charge, and clear instructions on how to obtain my customer number.
