Netshort Charged Me After Trial Without Notice

I signed up for a 1-week package on Netshort and only watched content for a single day. After that, I didn’t use the app at all. Days passed without me logging in, and suddenly I discovered that ₺1099 was withdrawn from my account. I was never warned, notified, or asked for confirmation—just an outright deduction from my account without my consent. This is completely unacceptable. I don’t use the app anymore, and certainly did not authorize any further charges. There should have been a clear warning, a reminder, or at the very least a message to confirm this renewal. I am requesting an urgent refund of the ₺1099 that was taken from me without permission. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this issue.
