I Report Unauthorized Google Netshort Popu Subscription Charge of ₺479.99

On September 26, 2025, I discovered that a charge of ₺479.99 was withdrawn from my account under the name Google Netshort Popu Subscription without my knowledge or consent. I never started any subscription on my Android device, and I did not receive any notification or confirmation message regarding this transaction. I had no idea a subscription had been activated, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue.

I have not yet attempted to cancel the subscription through Google Play or any other platform, nor have I contacted customer service about it. My subscriber number linked to this account ends with 4805.

I urgently request the immediate cancellation of this subscription. In addition, I ask for a refund of the unauthorized payment if possible. If a refund cannot be processed, I at least demand that the subscription be canceled without delay.
