I purchased a 1-week subscription package from Netshort and only watched content for one day. I haven’t opened the app since, and yet I just discovered that ₺1099 was withdrawn from my account—completely without my knowledge or consent. I was never notified of any upcoming charges, no email or in-app message, no option to confirm or cancel. They simply charged me directly, and now I’m left shocked and frustrated. This is absolutely unacceptable. I don’t use the app, and I certainly never agreed to be charged such a high amount. I demand a full refund of the ₺1099 immediately. If this isn’t resolved soon, I will escalate the matter through legal channels. I’m still waiting for a proper response.
