I Face Netshort Charging My Account Without Consent and No Refund Issued

On October 12, 2025, at 2:50 AM, a ₺194.99 monthly subscription fee was charged to my account without my consent through the Netshort Android app. I immediately canceled the subscription via Google Play, but no refund has been issued and I haven’t received any notification or explanation about the transaction. My transaction number is 4397075297.

I’ve never experienced an issue like this before, and this subscription was clearly activated without my knowledge or authorization. I haven’t yet contacted Netshort’s customer service, but I expect this situation to be addressed promptly.

I’m requesting a full refund of the unauthorized ₺194.99 charge, as I did not knowingly subscribe to this service and received no benefit from it.
