Netshort Charged Without Notice After Trial—I Demand a Full Refund

I subscribed to Netshort with a 1-week package and only used the service for a single day. After that, I completely stopped using the app. Despite this, I was shocked to discover that ₺1099 was charged to my account without any notification, approval, or warning. I received no email, SMS, or in-app alert. They just took the money directly from my account. I never agreed to continue the subscription, and I certainly wouldn’t have paid such a high amount for a service I didn’t use. I’m extremely disappointed with this unauthorized charge. I demand a full refund of the ₺1099 immediately. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and if it's not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further action. Please respond.
