I Cannot Stop Netshort Charges Even After Canceling Premium Plan

I had a Netshort Premium subscription that I canceled on March 28, yet I was still charged afterward. Despite canceling the service, an amount of $29.99 was deducted from my bank card without my authorization. On my bank statement, the charge appears only as “Netshort card 4785.”
I did not approve this $29.99 charge after my cancellation, and I have been unable to find a way to contact your customer support to resolve this issue. This situation is both frustrating and concerning, as I have already taken the necessary steps to cancel the subscription.
I request that my Netshort Premium subscription be fully canceled immediately and that the unauthorized $29.99 charge made after March 28 be refunded to my bank card without delay. I also expect clear instructions on how to properly manage and cancel subscriptions in the future to avoid similar issues.
