Netshort Subscription Double Charge

I am writing regarding an issue with a Netshort subscription on the mobile app that has been charging my Visa card incorrectly, and that I am unable to cancel. I am in the USA, and on March 23, 2026, a payment of 24.99 was taken from my Visa card for a Netshort subscription, followed by a second 24.99 charge on March 27, 2026. In total, I have been charged twice for this service, even though I cannot see or manage this subscription through my Google Pay or Google Play Store accounts, and there is no clear option in the app to cancel it. On my side, I have checked both my Google Pay and Play Store subscriptions and could not find any active Netshort subscription there. My bank statement does not show any phone number or account number belonging to Netshort, which makes it even harder to contact the company or verify the subscription details. I have not yet been able to reach Netshort support in any way because there is no clear contact information linked to these charges. I request that Netshort urgently cancel this subscription linked to my Visa card and stop all further weekly charges of 24.99. In addition, I ask for a full refund of both payments taken on March 23 and March 27, 2026, and for written confirmation that the subscription has been canceled and no additional charges will be made.
