I am reporting an unauthorized subscription payment taken from my bank account by the Netshort application without my knowledge or consent. While I have managed to cancel the subscription, I am now demanding a full refund for the unauthorized charge. A significant amount of money was involved in this transaction.

I expect Netshort to take immediate action to resolve this. It is completely unacceptable and frankly alarming that an application can make a withdrawal from my bank account without my express permission, especially for a service I was not actively using. This incident has caused me considerable financial distress and a profound loss of trust in your service. I demand an immediate and full refund for this unauthorized payment.
