Cancel Issue With Netshort

I have a problem with my Netshort subscription that I originally purchased as a promotional offer through their website. On June 6, 2026, I tried to cancel this subscription but discovered that there is no visible cancel button or option on my account page, only an option to buy a new subscription. Because I could not find any way to cancel, I contacted Netshort customer service. However, they told me they could not help me and that I had to cancel it myself, even though there is no cancellation option available in my account. I request that my Netshort subscription be cancelled immediately and that I receive written confirmation that my subscription has been terminated and that no further charges will be made to my account.
