Netshort Cancellation Request Not Being Accepted

I have a weekly automatically renewing NetShort subscription that I have been trying to cancel without success. The subscription is billed from my PayPal account in the United States, but it does not appear as a subscription under my Apple account, so I cannot cancel it from there. On April 9, 2026, I attempted to cancel the subscription by email, but I received no response, and the subscription was renewed again today despite my cancellation attempt. At the moment, the only thing that consistently happens is the automatic renewal and charge, without any effective way for me to stop it through the normal channels. I request that my NetShort weekly subscription be cancelled immediately and that I receive a written confirmation email showing that the subscription has been terminated and that no further automatic renewals or charges will occur.
