Netshort Subscription Refund Not Processed After Same-Day Cancellation
On March 7, 2026, my sibling purchased a subscription through Netshort for approximately $8. I canceled the subscription on the same day. However, despite this, the amount charged to my debit card has still not been refunded to my account.
When I contacted Netshort customer service, they confirmed that the payment had been processed and stated that the delay in the refund might be related to the Play Store. However, no refund has appeared in my bank account, and no clear resolution has been provided.
I request that both Netshort and the Play Store process the refund of the $8 charged to my card and provide me with clear and detailed information about the refund process.
