Netflix Blocked My Access to My Account on My Redmi 10 for a Month

I have been trying to log in to Netflix’s standard package through my Redmi 10 2022 phone, but for about a month I have been receiving the error “This site can’t be reached” and cannot access my account. I checked my internet connection on different networks and confirmed there is no issue. I made a total payment of ₺5000 to Netflix via bank transfer, and I was then asked to make an additional payment of ₺28,000 in order to earn more. When I made the payment, I was given an IBAN number and also contacted customer service, but no contract or confirmation message was ever provided. This is the first time I have experienced such a situation, and I request a refund of the ₺5000 I paid to Netflix.
