Netflix Charged After Unauthorized Upgrade from Standard to Premium

On September 2, 2025, I purchased the Netflix Standard plan, but on February 25, 2025, I noticed a charge of ₺379.99 on my card. Even though I only use the Standard plan, my account was automatically upgraded to Premium without my consent, and the higher fee was charged. I am the sole user of this account, and no one else has access. I request that this mistake be corrected and the extra amount refunded. I tried to get help through the Netflix website, but I was constantly redirected to different pages and could not reach a real representative. My account is used in Sakarya on a MacBook and TV, and my contact email is Se******@gmail.com**. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and I want my grievance to be resolved immediately.
