Netflix Error Code 3.1 on Android Prevents Streaming Despite Paid Subscription

I am a Netflix Standard plan subscriber, paying ₺176.99, and as of September 22, 2025, I am unable to watch any movies or series on my Android device. I can log in without any issues, but on every profile I face the same problem: nothing loads, and the screen shows error code 3.1. To fix this, I have tried every possible step, including restarting the app, rebooting the device, checking the internet connection, reinstalling the app, and updating the device software, but the issue still persists. I contacted Netflix customer service, but I was only told to wait while they investigate the problem. This is unacceptable, as I am paying for a 30-day service that I cannot use at all.
