Iyzico Charged My Card for Netflix Without My Permission and No Bank Confirmation

On 12.02.2025, ₺330.00 was withdrawn under the name of iyzico for Netflix without my authorization. I request a full refund. No permission was obtained from me, and I did not receive any confirmation message from my bank for this payment. How did you access my card details and process this transaction? I have never subscribed to any service for this, nor did I consent to my information being saved. If this was a system error, I expect a prompt correction and refund. I am also concerned about the security of my financial information and whether similar unauthorized transactions could happen again. How is this even possible? I contacted my bank, but I have not found a solution yet. Please assist me.
