Google Pay UPI Payment Completed but Not Credited

I made a payment of 299 ₹ through Google Pay on 22 September 2026 to the UPI ID linked to ADITI M***, based on someone’s request. The transaction shows as “completed” in Google Pay and the amount has been deducted from my bank account, as seen in my payment receipt and screenshots. Despite this, the amount has not come into my ID as expected, and I did not receive what I was supposed to receive in return for this payment. This has caused me financial and mental stress because the money is gone from my account but there is no credit or service on my ID. I request that this issue be checked urgently, the 299 ₹ payment be either credited properly to the correct ID or fully refunded back to my bank account, and that I be informed clearly about the status and reason for this problem.
