Telegram Account Frozen After Suspected Hack

My Telegram account on my Fuffi phone was frozen about half an hour ago, and I have not been able to access it since then. When I try to log in, I see that my account is frozen and I cannot use Telegram at all. I believe my account may have been hacked, because I suspect that someone might be trying to use it from Ashton-under-Lyne, and I do not live there. I am worried that someone else might be accessing my messages or my contacts without my permission. I request that my Telegram account be unblocked and fully restored as soon as possible.
