eFootball KONAMI ID Hijacked and Email Changed

I have been playing eFootball on my mobile phone using a Konami ID, and recently my account appears to have been hijacked. The hijacker changed the email address linked to my Konami ID, and I completely lost access to my account. When I tried to reset my password in September, I received an email from Konami stating that the email address I entered is not associated with any KONAMI ID. This confirms to me that my registered email was changed without my permission. I still remember my date of birth and the previous email I used for this account, and I can provide these details to verify my identity and ownership of the account. Because of this hijacking, I can no longer log in to my eFootball account on my phone and cannot access my game progress and data. I request that my KONAMI ID and eFootball account be recovered and that the email address be changed back to my original one after you verify my identity information. I kindly ask Konami to investigate this situation, secure my account, and help me regain access as soon as possible.
