Nestle Chocolate Worm Issue – Product Contamination and Refund Request

On November 14, 2025, I discovered a worm inside the Nestle chocolate I purchased. There was no problem or abnormality with the packaging, and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I have the batch number, expiration date, and purchase receipt. After encountering this problem, I contacted Nestle customer service and provided my phone number, but I received no callback and was later told they were unable to reach me. I request that this issue be fully investigated and that the amount I paid be refunded. I kindly ask for the necessary examination to be carried out and for the findings to be shared with me.
