I Bought Milka Strawberry Chocolate and It Was Spoiled Long Before Its Expiry Date

About a month ago, I purchased Milka's strawberry chocolate—something I’ve bought many times before and genuinely enjoyed. As someone familiar with the flavor and quality of this product, I was shocked and disappointed by what I encountered this time. The chocolate was clearly spoiled. The strawberry filling was barely present, and the texture had completely changed. When we tried to break the bar, it shattered into dozens of brittle pieces—completely unlike its usual soft and creamy form. What’s even more concerning is that the expiration date is 18/01/2025, yet the product has already gone bad.

This has raised serious concerns about quality control. I kindly request an immediate response and action from Milka to investigate the issue and offer a resolution. Thank you.
