Nestle Sold Me Expired Chocolate I Trusted and This Left Me Upset

I purchased a Nestle Damak Baklava Chocolate from 'Çağrı Market' in Maltepe, and upon returning home, I discovered that the product was expired. I had confidence in Nestle, but this situation has really disappointed me. It’s quite alarming because we rely on these brands and stores, often giving these products to our children, believing they are safe. Discovering an expired product on the shelves casts a shadow on the store's quality control and brings the brand's reliability into question. This experience has truly disappointed me, and I will be thinking twice about my decisions regarding both the store and the brand. It is completely unacceptable to sell expired products, and I trust that this matter will be handled appropriately.
