I'm writing to share a truly disgusting experience I had with Nestle chocolate. I bought a bar of their chocolate just three days ago and when I went to eat it, I found maggots inside. I cannot even begin to express how disappointed and disgusted I am. How can a company be so careless and irresponsible? I have been eating chocolates from this brand for years and have never had such a terrible experience. I reported the problem to the company as soon as I found the maggots, three days ago, but I have yet to receive a call from them to explain or apologize. It's truly unacceptable and shameful how they are handling this situation. I expect a higher level of care and responsibility from a company as big as Nestle. I would like to know if anyone else has had a similar experience with Nestle chocolate. If so, please share and let's see if we can get some answers. I think it's important for consumers to be aware of these kind of issues and make informed choices about the products they are buying.
