I recently bought some Nestle chocolate, and when I opened it up I was horrified to find that it had already started to curdle. Not only was the texture ruined, but even the smell was off – it's certainly not something you'd want to eat! What's worse is that after sending a message to the Nestle customer service department on the subject, there's still no feedback. This makes me incredibly wary of buying anything chocolate related from them in the future; it feels like I can no longer be sure of its quality or safety. It seems unfair that such an iconic brand would play so fast and loose with our health by selling us such substandard products. I get that things happen and mistakes are made, but if nothing is done about my complaint then my trust in Nestle will be completely gone. It just isn't good enough.

Stand behind the product you sold, don't mess with people's health. This is food, do we really need to get poisoned for you to pay attention?
