Nautica Faulty Raincoat Not Waterproof and Unfair Practices

In January 2023, I purchased a goose-feathered inflatable jacket along with an additional raincoat for 3,500₺. Upon discovering that the raincoat was not waterproof, I promptly returned it to the store. The company suggested a product exchange, but they claimed to be out of the exact item. Instead, they offered a different product, demanding an additional payment to cover the price difference. Feeling unjustly treated, I requested a refund, only to be told that the returned product had been destroyed. Faced with a dilemma, they insist on taking the money without offering a satisfactory resolution. The branch in question is Metropol Nautica.
