On November 18, 2023, I made a purchase of a feather jacket from Zara, which cost me ₺2,500. I was anticipating that it would be of superior quality. To my utter dismay, I found that the back and sleeves were made of synthetic material, which did not only cause pain but also caused excessive sweating. Zara, we ask that you continue to keep your reputation for selling honest and high-quality products. I want a refund and strongly encourage Zara to uphold its standards in order to prevent disappointment among its customers.
