On February 13, 2024, I ordered a car stop product from N11 with order number 206471826435. Upon receiving the product, I realized that it was not compatible with my car. I immediately contacted the seller to initiate a return and refund.
Unfortunately, the seller and I were unable to reach an agreement. The dispute was then escalated to N11's resolution team. N11's resolution team ruled in favor of the seller, stating that the product was not properly packaged when I returned it.
I strongly disagree with this decision. I am a seasoned online shopper and I have successfully returned many items in the past. I am confident that I properly packaged the product in accordance with N11's guidelines.
I have also checked the reviews for the seller in question and I have found several other customers who have had similar experiences with returns. This suggests that the seller may be engaging in fraudulent practices.
I am requesting that N11 reconsider their decision and issue me a refund. I am also willing to provide additional evidence to support my claim. If N11 does not resolve this issue to my satisfaction, I will be forced to take further action, such as filing a complaint with the Turkish Consumer Protection Agency.
