N11 Sent Me a Defective Product and Refused to Accept the Returnt


I ordered a product from the Teknikevim store on N11 with order number 204851463636, but the store sent me a defective item with deformed packaging. While I don’t mind the condition of the packaging, I returned the product because it was faulty upon inspection. However, the store refused to accept the return, claiming the packaging was opened. I bought the item for ₺851 when it normally costs ₺1,500, and as my 14-year-old pointed out, something seemed off about the price. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it at the time. After this experience, I checked the store's reviews and saw that 25% of the feedback was negative. Despite this, N11 continues to allow this store on its platform, leaving consumers at risk. I’m disappointed by both the store and N11 for allowing this to happen.
