I Waited Weeks for My Deco Pruning Machine from N11

On May 26, 2025, I ordered a Deco brand battery-powered pruning machine from the EDC-IMPORT store on the N11 sales platform. Despite their "shipping the next day" slogan, the order was still marked as "being prepared" by June 3. I contacted the seller, who casually said the product wasn't in stock, without ever notifying me. I pointed out that the item was still listed for sale and that they hadn't offered the June 1–30 discount coupon. When I received a dismissive response like "Dude – Sir, there is no product," without even checking my name, I turned to N11 customer service. They called the store, which claimed it would ship after the holiday. I waited, but nothing happened. I ended up buying the item elsewhere, paying more in installments. N11 only offered a ₺100 coupon in return. Does that compensate for my installment difference, interest loss, and wasted time? And the product is still for sale! You and these sellers exist because of customer trust. Don’t let your popularity blind you—many marketplaces have shut down for less.

First of all, the correction is that the store name is "ECD-IMPORT Ekin Çağatay Dirmikçi" and the product was seen to be shipped immediately with the complaint here, but they only sent a small package of the chain to mock and force the return conditions. N11 did not reach me from here or other communication channels, they have easily only advertised here. I think this situation has now evolved into a different crime. If the complaint will not be effective, I will continue from CIMER and the prosecutor's office.
