N11 Delayed My Dryer Order for Weeks and Told Me to Contact the Seller

I ordered a dryer from N11 on November 9, and here we are on November 23, with the order still marked as "order being prepared." When I reached out to N11 for help, they just advised me to get in touch with the seller myself. If I'm supposed to handle the issue with the seller on my own, what exactly is N11's role in this situation? The absence of assistance from a platform I relied on for my purchase is simply not acceptable. To add to my frustration, they provided a ₺500 coupon as compensation, but I’m not looking for a coupon. I just want the product I ordered. I anticipate that N11 will take charge, communicate with the seller, and guarantee the timely delivery of my dryer.
