I booked a round-trip ticket to Belgrade through Mytrip for February 22–24. Unfortunately, my flight was canceled on February 21 due to snowfall. When I contacted customer service, they told me the refund would be processed within 15 business days.
Now, it’s been over 3 weeks and still no refund. Every time I reach out, they say they’re “waiting for Turkish Airlines to issue the refund.” However, when I contacted Turkish Airlines directly, they confirmed that the refund was already processed and sent to Mytrip long ago.
So where is my money? I trusted Mytrip, and now they’re giving me the runaround. This is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid booking through Mytrip. I demand my refund immediately.
