Mytrip Tried to Charge ₺28,849 to Change My Thai Vietjet Ticket Worth ₺8,886

I booked a flexible Thai Vietjet Air ticket from Taipei to Bangkok (Order No: 1051-442-550) scheduled for March 18, 2025, at 21:30. Since I had a flexible fare, I contacted Mytrip online on March 17, 2025, to change the flight date to March 25. To my shock, they quoted a ₺28,849.36 change fee for a ticket I originally bought for ₺8,886.

The worst part? Thai Vietjet is still offering flights on the same route and date for ₺5,700—directly on their website. Mytrip is clearly inflating prices to discourage changes or pressure customers into giving up their rights.

I still have a 24-hour change window, yet they’re using manipulative tactics to block my change or force me to pay an outrageous amount. This is completely unreasonable and unethical. Mytrip, I demand a fair resolution and transparent pricing.
