Mytrip Refuses Refund Of ₺26,524.52 For AirChina Osaka–Istanbul Ticket
On 18.09.2025, I purchased a flight ticket from Osaka to Istanbul with AirChina through Mytrip, paying a total of ₺26,524.52 via credit card. Later, when I requested to cancel the ticket, I contacted both the live chat agent on their website and customer service directly. I was told that the airline does not provide refunds.
However, according to AirChina’s official website, refund requests must be processed through the agency where the ticket was purchased—in this case, Mytrip. This proves that I was misinformed and left without the proper assistance. My order number is 1085-855-133.
This is the first time I have faced such a problem with a travel agency, and I feel seriously misled. I demand that Mytrip process my cancellation properly and issue a full refund of ₺26,524.52 without further delay. Customers should not be trapped between the airline and the agency, and Mytrip must take responsibility.
